    Membership Frequently Asked Questions

    How do I know what Partners are participating with Vintner’s Society?

    A list of participating Partners can be found by visiting www.VintnersSociety.com and selecting “Participating Partners.”  Please visit site frequently as Partnerships may change.

     

    How do I receive information on upcoming events?

    All wine related Events will be posted under the Events tab at www.VintnersSociety.com.  You may also request to receive Vintner’s Society’s Monthly Newsletter via email. 

     

    Do all wineries offer two complimentary tastings?

    Yes, all participating wineries will offer up to two complimentary tastings per cardholder.  Some wineries have elected to offer additional discounts on bottle purchases.

     

    How do I receive a replacement card?

    If a card is lost or misplaced, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to request a replacement card.  A replacement fee of $25 will be charged for the first card and full price for any additional replacements after the first replacement.

     

    What happens if I want to use my membership card before it arrives in the mail?

    Upon purchasing a membership, you will receive a 30 Day Temporary Pass via email that may be printed immediately.  Partners will honor the Temporary Pass prior to its expiration date listed on pass.

     

    How long is my membership active?

    All memberships are valid 12 months from the purchase date.  For example, if a membership was purchased in August 2011, the membership card will be accepted until the last day of August 2012.

     

    How often may I use my card?

    Members have unlimited access to VS Partners throughout the 12 month membership.  We ask that Members use discretion when visiting partner wineries as the partnership is elective.  Partners may discontinue their partnership if they feel Members are abusing the program.  Using discretion will allow VS to expand its partnerships and offer additional options for Members.

     

    Do I have to show my card to receive Membership benefits?

    Yes, participating Partners will ask to verify membership. In addition, they may also request for identification.

     

    Are individuals permitted to share an annual VS Membership?

    No, cards are valid per one individual with Member’s name imprinted on card.

     

    Can a Partner refuse service to a Member?
    Yes, Partners have the right to refuse service at any time.
